The perfect interaction of man and machine is decisive for success in hard everyday production; that is why we pay particular attention to the areas of documentation and training. A comprehensive aftersales service is the basis for satisfied customers, both equipment manufacturers and owners.

Our service network stands on two legs, a material one and an ideological one.

The material basis are the logistical and personnel conditions, to accompany your DEUTZ engine a life long and supply it with genuine parts or operating fluids.

We and our service partners will be glad to take care of the repair, maintenance and servicing of your engine. We offer contracts specially adapted to the respective application. If you want to do this work yourself, you should use the DTLS training programme because the degree of qualification and training of the operating team is crucial for the equipment availability and reliability. We therefore have highly modern training centres for our customers, dealers and service partners and also hold training courses on site on our customers’ premises.

We make special demands on our service partners. Intensive, regular training ensures that they are all familiar with the state of the art of DEUTZ engine technology especially in view of the constantly changing exhaust regulations.

Comprehensive and daily updated parts documentation with the latest software enables quick and accurate identification of the parts of all 1.5 million DEUTZ engines which are currently being used all over the world.

For our OEM customers we also offer the whole range of
logistic services consisting of OES-specific packing, storage, customer order handling, invoicing and dispatch.
